Like many other museums, the Valley of the Kings at Jelling, Denmark has struggled with few visitors during the Covid-19 pandemic. Jelling has explored ways to interact with the public during the shutdown while generating new much-needed revenue.

Unlike virtual tours or pre-recorded videos, the ability to directly interact with a live online tour guide can help create experiences for museum guests and thereby also maintain a source of revenue for the museum.
